2. History vault (shared cloud database)
Saves every uploaded batch (ADP payroll, policy rules, opening balances, JobDiva, adjustments) so history accumulates. Each calculation can use ALL saved history plus whatever you upload now. The local vault keeps history in this browser on this computer; the shared cloud vault (when connected) keeps it in your Cloudflare database behind a sign-in. Emails and unneeded personal fields are never saved.
